This new product range, created by Tecnoagri, is designed for the wine and fruit sector. The line includes specialized equipment for mechanical weeding between rows of plants, pruning of vineyards and fruit trees, and flower thinning. All innovative machines, enhanced by several specific patents
TRIMMERS FOR VINEYARD
For the maintenance of the vineyard, we propose complete lines of tillers for vineyard, with dry or green bars.
Dry bar tillers are mainly used during the winter months, when the plant is bare, The operation allows to proportionally load buds according to the productive potential of the vine and orchard by cutting and selecting the branches.
The green mechanical pruning, carried out when the plant is lush and full of leaves, during the spring and summer period, guarantees a development to the organs that constitute the productive structure of the plant
The machines are available in single or double version, with fixed or mobile center column.
All the bars slide inside fully lubricated PVC guides to reduce wear, are made with a spring damper with adjustable pressure, motors, connecting rods are protected by special housings.
The positioning of the motors is ergonomic to prevent the shoots from remaining on the machine.The tractor is very fast to attach, thanks to a patented coupling plate.
PRUNERS FOR ORCHARD
For the maintenance of the orchard we offer complete lines of pruning machines.
The stackers are available in single or double version, with double column.
All bars are supplied with the Gradual Motion system, with adjustable spring damper with a 360° rotation, with very high quality teeth for cutting diameters up to 6 cm.
IN AND OUT TREE CULTIVATORS
For the intercepts, we have designed complete lines of scalpers and tool holders.
The scalpers are designed in single and double version, with specific frames to work within rows from 1.70 mt up to 6 mt.The chassis are simple or complete with oil tank to work independently of the tractor.
The machines can be customized according to customer needs: smooth discs, toothed blades, summer blades, rotary mills, harrows, blade blades, hoeing machines.
The scalzators are valued by many patents, including special self-leveling and self-centering systems: that I allow the scalzators to always remain autonomously centered in the spinning, without the operator having to manually intervene on the hydraulic movements with the joystick.
FRAME TOOLS
The new Mechanical Weeding with Chains is enhanced by an exclusive patent and is the only machine equipped with an exclusive head with a modular rotor with chains.
The impact of the chains on the grass is considerable and allow to cut grass with height up to 1 meter. The rotor is also modular: you can easily mount plastic blades or chains.
The mechanical reentry is spring-loaded and the depth wheels are hydraulically adjustable to follow the work comfortably.The line of tool holders is wide: discover it all!
